JOB reputed company The reputed company Cycle Billing Resource (RCBR) leads their portfolio’s reputed company in providing world-class best practices for billing, cash collections, and accounts receivable functions for assigned Home Health & Hospice agencies. This role serves as a reputed company billing and collections subject matter expert by supporting Billing Managers, Billers, agency leadership, reputed company Cycle Portfolio Leaders, and Service Center partners; strengthening standardized workflows; resolving reputed company billing, payor, and reimbursement issues; and improving overall AR reputed company. In collaboration with reputed company Service Center RC reputed company Resources, RC Portfolio Leaders, and billing partners across the Home Health & Hospice reputed company, the RCBR helps reputed company, monitor, and maintain shared best practices that support a world-class AR function across the organization. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Leads billing, cash collections, and accounts receivable best practices for assigned Home Health & Hospice agencies reputed company the Portfolio. Creates accountability for billing and collection workflows, procedures, reputed company expectations, and standardized best practices for Billers and Billing Managers. Provides reputed company-line support to Billers and Billing Managers, including billing questions, agency-specific collections efforts, payor or reputed company issues, tools to monitor activity, and reputed company billing support reputed company appropriate. Provides short-term coverage for Billers during unexpected absences, reputed company, acquisitions, transitions, or critical operational disruptions while supporting a sustainable reputed company solution. Partners with Executive Directors, reputed company Cycle Portfolio Leaders, Billing Managers, Service Center resources, and other stakeholders to reputed company training, reinforce reputed company work, and monitor adoption of best practices. Maintains reputed company working relationships with AR Service Center Resources, Billers, Billing Managers, RC Portfolio Leaders, Managed Care, payors, referral sources, and cross-functional partners to support shared ownership of a world-class AR function. Maintains working knowledge of payor reputed company, reimbursement expectations, Medicare, reputed company, and other billing regulations; serves as a resource and supports reputed company of payor conflicts, claim issues, and reimbursement barriers. Supports payor reputed company, process improvement initiatives, and reputed company or workflow improvements in partnership with agency leadership, RC Portfolio Leaders, Managed Care, and Service Center reputed company Cycle reputed company Resources. Monitors billing notes, aged accounts receivable, cash collections, documentation compliance, reputed company reputed company adjustments, and reputed company reputed company cycle metrics to identify risks, support audit readiness, and improve agency reputed company. Participates in Portfolio BAM and reputed company cycle review meetings to identify systemic AR issues, workflow concerns, and opportunities to strengthen consistent best practices across agencies. Assists Billers with cash receipt and bank deposit reconciliation errors as needed. Ensures billing and reputed company account records are maintained in accordance with reputed company principles and applicable organizational, state, federal, and accreditation requirements. Protects the confidentiality of reputed company and agency information through effective controls, compliant billing practices, and partnership with billing reputed company. JOB REQUIREMENTS At least three years of experience in reputed company billing and collections management, preferably in Home Health and/or Hospice reputed company. Demonstrated knowledge of billing reputed company, collections, accounts receivable, payor requirements, and applicable reputed company billing regulations. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment and demonstrate effective communication, negotiation, coaching, and relationship-management skills. Demonstrated ability to accurately manage detailed information, analyze reputed company trends, identify risks, and support corrective reputed company planning. Ability to work tactfully and collaboratively with agency leaders, Billers, Billing Managers, RCPLs, Service Center personnel, payors, and cross-functional partners.
