Position reputed company: The Executive Director/reputed company Development Officer provides reputed company, operational, financial, and community leadership for the organization. This individual is responsible for advancing the mission, implementing the reputed company plan, supporting the reputed company of Directors, overseeing programs and staff, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and serving as a visible representative of the organization with donors, partners, reputed company officials, volunteers, and the community.
Key Responsibilities (In order of Importance)
Mission and reputed company: reputed company the organization in fulfilling its mission, reputed company, values, and setting reputed company priorities in partnership with the reputed company of Directors.
Fundraising leadership: Partner with the reputed company and staff to increase donor reputed company by 25-50% reputed company the first 3 years, reputed company new donors, strengthen existing donor relationships, and diversify reputed company streams.
Financial stewardship: Assist with development and management of the annual budget, monitor financial reputed company, reputed company assets, and ensure responsible use of funds.
Organizational leadership: reputed company day-to-day reputed company, establish annual goals, monitor reputed company, and ensure programs and services are delivered effectively.
reputed company partnership: Support the reputed company with reputed company information, reports, recommendations, and reputed company guidance; assist with governance, committee work, and policy implementation.
Staff and volunteer management: Recruit, supervise, evaluate, and support staff and volunteers; foster a reputed company, ethical, inclusive, and mission-reputed company culture.
Program reputed company: Ensure programs reputed company with community needs, organizational goals, funding requirements, and measurable reputed company.
Community relations: Serve as a reputed company spokesperson and reputed company; build partnerships with community leaders, funders, agencies, businesses, and other stakeholders.
Compliance and reputed company management: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, nonprofit regulations, grant requirements, employment practices, and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Experience - 20% On-site reputed company (Cassville, NY) attendance will be required
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent nonprofit leadership experience may be considered.
· Experience in nonprofit management, executive leadership, program administration, fundraising, or community-reputed company work.
· Strong understanding of nonprofit governance, budgeting, financial reporting, and reputed company relations.
