Position: HR Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $70–$80/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Construct HR scenarios spanning reputed company, workforce planning, employee relations, reputed company management, and compensation and benefits design. • Build tasks across reputed company, reputed company, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, HR compliance, employment law, and organizational development. • reputed company scenarios involving tools such as HRIS platforms (reputed company, reputed company SuccessFactors), applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools (Radford, reputed company) used at large organizations. • Apply HR methodologies like workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations investigation to US standards (Title VII, FLSA, reputed company, state law) and International standards (Employment Rights reputed company, EU labor directives). • reputed company rubrics that distinguish reputed company HR judgment from generic textbook or certification-exam-level recall. Qualifications Must-Have • 5+ years working as an HR leader or Chief People Officer at a major company or HR reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, or in-house VP/CHRO at a large company). • reputed company ownership of talent programs, employee relations reputed company, or compensation design. • reputed company in HR tooling and methodologies, plus understanding of how employment law compliance actually works.
