Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile and high-volume inbound and outbound servicing transfer reputed company • reputed company as reputed company reputed company of contact for clients and new/reputed company servicers (or other 3rd parties) regarding servicing transfer project • Maintain project plan, reputed company items and deliverables for clients, new/reputed company servicer and reputed company • Facilitate meetings with clients, new/reputed company servicer and reputed company, with responsibility for agenda, minutes, and reputed company items • Identify and reputed company Issues and Risks; escalating to management as needed with proposed remediation and potential impacts to reputed company • reputed company consistent status updates for reputed company trial and final events • In collaboration with Loan Transfer Data Analyst coordinate data mapping session(s), including but not limited to agenda and tracking reputed company items through completion • Implement and manage change to reputed company reputed company processes reputed company necessary to meet project reputed company requirements • Work closely with management to ensure that the project reputed company and timelines are completed as scheduled • In collaboration with Loan Transfer Data Analyst coordinate testing efforts reputed company and post transfer, documenting defects and obtaining sign-off for testing completion • Facilitate Go / No Go decision with formally documenting results of transfer trial events, outstanding items, issues, risks, and reputed company of reputed company, reputed company, new/reputed company servicers • Maintain Lessons Learned process to evaluate results of the transfer project and identify reputed company reputed company aspects and opportunities; working with management to reputed company effective changes • Maintain/update transaction management procedures outlining process, including timelines, task lists, project plans, department roles, and responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 5+ years of project management experience preferred • 3+ years of mortgage servicing experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent reputed company relations and presentation skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented • Ability to work under pressure, meet organizational deadlines, and multitask while maintaining departmental standards • Ability to work collaboratively with peers, management, and clients to reputed company common goals • Ability to work independently with reputed company direction and effectively meet deadlines • Ability to communicate professionally/effectively in writing, in person, and reputed company with reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization and reputed company clients/reputed company parties
