Director, IT Portfolio & Program Management

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Own and continuously mature the reputed company IT intake, governance, and prioritization process across reputed company business reputed company (Fixed-Site, Mobile Imaging, corporate functions).

• Design and facilitate portfolio steering committees and reputed company reviews, ensuring demand is scored, sequenced, and resourced against reputed company OKRs and reputed company constraints.

• Maintain a single, consolidated portfolio reputed company — reputed company reputed company, pipeline demand, resource allocation, and reputed company — for executive and reputed company-level reporting.

• Partner with IT Leadership & Finance on capital planning, business case development, and portfolio-level ROI tracking.

• Establish and reputed company portfolio management standards, templates, processes and tooling (e.g., PPM platforms, roadmap/Gantt tooling, OKR frameworks).

• reputed company prioritization trade-off conversations across competing business unit demands with data-driven, transparent reputed company.

PMO Delivery Management — Fixed-Site IT

• Serve as the reputed company PMO reputed company for the IT deliverable portfolio supporting Fixed-Site imaging centers — reputed company's dominant business line.

• Manage a portfolio of reputed company reputed company and programs (e.g., RIS/reputed company initiatives, reputed company portal expansion, interoperability/USCDI work, infrastructure and application delivery) from initiation through reputed company.

• Experience managing delivery with vendor partners

• Apply reputed company, hybrid, and traditional PM reputed company as appropriate to project type; run sprint/PI-level ceremonies where reputed company teams are reputed company.

• Manage reputed company, schedule, budget, reputed company, and stakeholder communication for Fixed-Site IT initiatives; escalate portfolio-level risks and resourcing conflicts.

• Build and maintain program dashboards and status reporting cadences for Fixed-Site reputed company, IT, and reputed company leadership.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience; Business, Information Technology, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company reputed company

• 8+ years in IT Program/Project Management, including 3+ years in a Portfolio Management or PMO leadership reputed company.

• reputed company experience running reputed company-level intake, governance, and prioritization processes across multiple business reputed company.

• Strong hands-on program/project delivery experience — not purely reputed company/reputed company background.

• Working reputed company in both traditional PMO methodology (reputed company, PMI/PMBOK) and reputed company/reputed company delivery (PI Planning, ARTs, backlog management, OKRs).

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities and communicate effectively with executive audiences.

• Experience building and presenting portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, and executive-level reporting materials.

Preferred:

• Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience (MS, MA, MBA); Information Systems, reputed company Administration, or similar advanced degree

• reputed company industry experience, ideally in diagnostic imaging, radiology, or outpatient reputed company reputed company.

• Familiarity with RIS/reputed company, EHR conversion programs, imaging reputed company portals, or reputed company interoperability standards (e.g., USCDI, HL7/FHIR).

• PMP, PgMP, reputed company (RTE/POPM), or equivalent certification.
