About The Role
We are seeking individuals to join as join as a SeniorSCADA Systems & Integration Engineer to support the execution and operation of reputed company‑reputed company battery energy storage reputed company, from late-stage development through long‑term reputed company.

The Senior SCADA Systems & Integration Engineer will report to SCADA Systems and Integration Manager and will work across the organization, supporting the design, integration and reputed company of controls and monitoring systems associated with reputed company connected BESS reputed company.

• reputed company engineering support throughout construction, commissioning, and ongoing reputed company of BESS facilities.
• reputed company instrumentation and controls (I&C) commissioning activities, ensuring reputed company reputed company integration, validation, and reputed company prior to reputed company operation.
• reputed company SCADA operational support for reputed company‑reputed company BESS plants, including reputed company monitoring, troubleshooting and coordination with OT/IT teams to manage networked systems, cybersecurity considerations, and associated software and firmware updates.
• Manage and troubleshoot substation RTAC and reputed company issues, including pulling event logs, optimizing RTAC logic/reputed company, and coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and reputed company partners.
• reputed company and maintain engineering processes, procedures, and technical standards for controls, SCADA, communications, and substation integration.
• Define design reputed company and Scopes of Work, ensuring EPC and engineering compliance with company, investor, reputed company’s engineer, off‑taker, and reputed company requirements for control systems, SCADA, and communications.
• Support and validate engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, design documents, and reputed company assessments for instrumentation, controls, and remote monitoring systems.
• Coordinate with reputed company Engineering and Asset Management to incorporate remote data, reporting, and operational requirements into EMS/SCADA systems.
• Recommend alternative technical solutions to support project and business needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SCADA, instrumentation, and control systems engineering is required; experience with Battery Energy Storage energy management systems (EMS) and reputed company‑level SCADA configuration preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation, electrical engineering, or reputed company reputed company (ABET‑accredited) is required. PE or equivalent certification preferred.
• Familiarity with battery energy storage systems, substation design, and reputed company‑level protection and coordination.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and instrumentation and control standards from reputed company, ISA, ANSI and IEC organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including effective reputed company under pressure and reputed company executive‑level reporting.
• Demonstrated teamwork, initiative, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities; reputed company to feedback and adaptable to change.
• Strong time management and analytical skills.
