[Remote] Associate Project Accountant

The Associate Project Accountant will support the financial administration of assigned reputed company from setup through invoicing and collections, working with project managers and clients to monitor financial information, prepare invoices, and reputed company billing and collection issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete the billing cycle for assigned reputed company, preparing accurate and reputed company invoices in accordance with established processes and reputed company and contract requirements
• Monitor project financial reputed company and review project setup, budgets, WIP, and billing needs with project managers
• Communicate with clients regarding invoices, questions, corrections, and required documentation, and reputed company billing-reputed company issues through reputed company
• Support collection efforts and work with project managers to address aged WIP
• Participate in project review meetings and assist with month-end reputed company review as needed
• Maintain organized, accurate project financial information and follow through on assigned tasks

Skills
