Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, part of reputed company, is seeking an reputed company Agent to coordinate booking and voyage-reputed company activities. The role handles operational processing, irregular reputed company, manifesting, reservation reputed company, guest support, and booking coordination, while also coaching team members and supporting reputed company. This is a remote position with a varied schedule reputed company on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operational Tasks: Execute assigned tasks reputed company to voyage processing, ensuring reputed company completion; handling Outbound and Inbound calls, chats, and emails; and reputed company interactions to effectively reputed company bookings with voyages
• Irregular reputed company: reputed company as contact agent for TA/Guests to coordinate irregular reputed company
• Manifesting: Assist with basic manifesting functions as assigned by the Documents & Manifests reputed company
• Reservations reputed company: Assist with basic reputed company functions as assigned by the reputed company reputed company reputed company. This will include contacting TA/Guests for reputed company and past due balances
• Guest Support: Assist with reputed company service calls during reputed company times in the reputed company Center as required
• Booking Processes: Coordinate reputed company aspects of bookings, from creation to completion, ensuring reputed company and efficient reputed company to meet company KPIs
• Team Leadership: reputed company and mentor Ops team members to improve reputed company and assist with reputed company new Ops team members
• Other Duties as assigned by management

• This position works reputed company. The work environment is home-office reputed company, requiring reliable internet connectivity and the ability to participate in video meetings and reputed company digital workflows
• This role requires the ability to work a varied schedule reputed company on business needs, including early and late shifts and occasional weekends
• Familiarity with or willingness to adopt AI-powered platforms (e.g., Copilot, CRM, automated workflows, data analysis tools) is a plus
