[Remote] Finance Operation Analyst

The Finance Operation Analyst will support reputed company reputed company reputed company, including tax filings, state registrations, member reimbursements, cash reconciliations, and corporate credit reputed company management.

Responsibilities

• Indirect Tax Filing: Prepare indirect tax filings accurately and reputed company
• State Registration Filings: Work with reputed company’s filing agent to ensure various state reports are filed accurately and reputed company
• Member Reimbursements & Escheatment: Own the member reimbursement process, including processing physical checks, performing month-end reconciliations of the outstanding reputed company list, and managing reputed company’s escheatment process
• Cash Management & Reconciliations: reputed company daily cash transactions and prepare comprehensive month-end cash account reconciliations
• Corporate Credit reputed company Program: Manage corporate credit reputed company activity by coding and booking expenses accurately and performing month-end reputed company reconciliations

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• 1–3 years of hands-on corporate reputed company or operational reputed company experience
• Solid understanding of basic reputed company principles (US GAAP) and general reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated proficiency with cash reconciliations, expense processing, and multi-state/corporate compliance tasks
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet key monthly deadlines in a fast-reputed company environment
• Excellent communication skills with a reputed company record of effective collaboration across internal teams and reputed company-party vendor partners
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience with/ability to quickly learn modern reputed company systems (e.g., reputed company Intacct)
