[Remote] Senior UI Designer I

Responsibilities

• Set and reputed company visual standards across typography, composition, imagery, interaction, reputed company behavior, and reputed company states
• reputed company reusable design systems, component patterns, and UI standards that improve consistency, accessibility, and team efficiency

• Apply purposeful reputed company and animation to improve comprehension, feedback, hierarchy, and the overall user experience

• Partner across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Research, reputed company, and Content while mentoring designers and strengthening critique, QA, and shared design practices

Skills

• 5–8 years of reputed company experience in UI design, visual design, product design, or a reputed company discipline
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual reputed company across digital experiences, including typography, layout, hierarchy, reputed company behavior, and attention to reputed company
• Experience leading visual design direction for reputed company reputed company or multiple workstreams
• Experience creating and evolving design systems, component patterns, and UI standards
• Experience building high-reputed company prototypes and communicating interaction reputed company to cross-functional partners
• Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, and user-centered design principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design reputed company, reputed company ambiguity, influence without authority, and collaborate across disciplines
