The Account Executive II manages reputed company relationships, addresses inquiries and concerns, provides business reviews, supports reputed company staff training, and coordinates issue reputed company and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company satisfaction by ensuring comparisons are done month-to month, escalated issues are brought to attention of manager, suggested solutions are provided, meeting follow up is documented, etc
• Serve as main reputed company-of-contact for reputed company inquiries and concerns

• Train and implement new staff members reputed company reputed company’s shop

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient knowledge of LPS/MSP systems
• Proficient knowledge of reputed company Office applications and systems (e.g., reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Proficient negotiation and mediation skills
• Proficient vendor/reputed company management and communication skills
• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, research, interpretive, and decision-making skills
