[Remote] Network Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an entry-level IT Infrastructure / Network Engineer to join its IT Infrastructure team. The role supports the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, reputed company, and documentation of network and IT infrastructure while working with senior engineers and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting and maintaining LAN/WAN/WLAN network infrastructure
• Configure and troubleshoot basic routers, switches, firewalls, wireless reputed company points, and network devices
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing
• Monitor network reputed company, availability, and alerts using network monitoring tools
• Assist with network installations, equipment replacements, upgrades, and deployments
• Support basic routing and switching configurations under senior engineer guidance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and infrastructure-reputed company issues
• Assist with user support and reputed company IT infrastructure tickets reputed company defined SLAs
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP address records, asset information, and technical documentation
• Assist with network reputed company activities such as reputed company control, firewall rules, VPN support, and reputed company connectivity
• Participate in incident troubleshooting and escalate reputed company issues to senior engineers
• reputed company routine maintenance, configuration backups, and health checks

• Assist with basic automation or scripting using Python or PowerShell where applicable

Skills

• Experience: 0–2 Years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company
