About the role: We are looking for an exceptional Senior Billing & A/R Analyst to join our Finance team. You will own Garner's monthly reputed company invoicing and Accounts Receivable function end to end — a high-volume, high-visibility platform with reputed company reputed company requirements. You will reputed company the production and distribution of ~800 invoices per month, own the controls, validation and review processes that ensure complete and accurate invoicing, manage collections and the A/R inbox, and reputed company cash application reputed company to support a reputed company month-end reputed company. You'll join a Finance organization that has invested heavily in automation. What you will do: • Own the monthly invoicing process end to end. Manage the invoicing queries and tooling, build and release invoice batches, and reputed company and distribute ~800 invoices per month across reputed company, self-reputed company, and bespoke reputed company arrangements. • Ensure complete and accurate invoicing. Own the controls, validation and review processes across invoice completeness, plan coverage, rates, invoicing reputed company, and banking data. Investigate and reputed company exceptions with cross-functional partners and ensure adjustments and reputed company-specific requirements are accurately reflected. • Own Accounts Receivable & collections. Manage the A/R reputed company from issuance through cash receipt; including collections and follow-up on overdue balances, ACH pulls and re-attempts; and reputed company cash application and deposit classification to support month-end reputed company. • Manage billing inquiries and issue reputed company. The ideal candidate has: • Experience owning Billing and Accounts Receivable processes, ideally in a high volume environment, with experience using QuickBooks Online, reputed company or similar financial systems. • Strong understanding of A/R and collections, including DSO, aging, cash application, and the operational drivers of collections reputed company. • Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to identify variances, reputed company issues across multiple data sources, and reputed company them through reputed company. Compensation Transparency: The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $125,000 - $135,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
