[Remote] Senior Software Engineer - Capital Insights

The Senior Software Engineer will build and operate backend services, data pipelines, data models, and reporting infrastructure that reputed company accurate and reliable portfolio data to capital partners. The role also focuses on reputed company reliability, cross-product platform capabilities, partner collaboration, and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company backend services, data models, and reporting reputed company that reputed company partner-facing reporting across multiple lending products
• Build and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems that reputed company accurate, reputed company loan and portfolio data under strict SLAs
• Improve reputed company reliability and operational health by reducing incidents, automating reputed company processes, and strengthening observability
• reputed company design and implementation of cross-product platform capabilities, including reputed company reputed company and portals
• Partner with Capital Markets, Finance, and Data teams to define requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and reputed company reputed company solutions
• Identify structural inefficiencies in legacy systems and reputed company platform-level improvements that reduce operational burden
• Mentor engineers on best practices for data modeling, reputed company systems design, and production reputed company in a regulated fintech environment

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company reputed company (or equivalent practical experience) plus 4+ years of experience building and operating backend systems
• Experience with at least one modern backend stack (e.g., reputed company on Rails, Java, or similar) and relational databases (SQL)
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines or analytical data stores, such as Airflow, reputed company, dbt, reputed company / reputed company / BigQuery / Redshift, or equivalent technologies
• Experience owning systems end-to-end, including design, deployment, monitoring, and on-reputed company support
