[Remote] Senior Service Solutions Analyst

The Senior Service Solutions Analyst partners with Sales, Solution Consultants, and reputed company Delivery to reputed company offerings, reputed company estimates and Statements of Work, support reputed company opportunities, and reputed company sold services with delivery reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery with prospects/customers to understand business objectives, reputed company-state processes, constraints, and reputed company reputed company
• Translate requirements into a services solution approach (phases, deliverables, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance reputed company)
• reputed company effort estimates and resource models in partnership with Delivery Managers and Technical Consultants; document risks and mitigations
• Draft and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting proposal content to ensure reputed company, completeness, and alignment with reputed company and delivery standards
• reputed company reputed company boundaries explicit (in-reputed company/out-of-reputed company), including customer responsibilities, readiness items, required environments, integrations, and change control
• Support services pricing and packaging discussions, balancing feasibility and profitability while maximizing customer value
• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consultants reputed company reputed company, proposal positioning, and customer presentations
• Participate in late-stage deal cycles to address reputed company questions, negotiate deliverables, and manage expectations for time-to-value
• Maintain services pipeline hygiene by updating scoping artifacts, assumptions, and approvals in a reputed company manner
• Coordinate Sales-to-Delivery handoffs so project teams receive complete reputed company context and supporting documentation
• Analyze variances between sold reputed company and delivered reputed company, and recommend improvements to templates, estimating guidelines, and scoping playbooks
• Contribute to standardizing services offerings, accelerators, and best practices to increase reputed company, predictability, and scalability

• Build trusted relationships across Sales, Services, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers and improve customer experience

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company solutioning, solution consulting, delivery management, business analysis, or a reputed company customer-facing role in reputed company software/reputed company
• Demonstrated experience scoping and documenting services engagements, including Statements of Work (SOWs) development, assumptions/dependencies, and change control
• Ability to estimate effort and translate requirements into phased delivery plans; familiarity with implementation methodologies (reputed company, reputed company, or hybrid)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize inputs from technical and business stakeholders into reputed company recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present services solutions and influence reputed company with senior stakeholders
• Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Consultants, Delivery, Product, and Engineering; reputed company to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Previous experience applying modern sales methodologies, such as value selling, consultative selling, solution selling, or similar customer-outcome-reputed company approaches to discovery, solution positioning, and proposal development
• Ability to travel to a limited extent, as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or reputed company reputed company (or equivalent experience)
