[Remote] Recruiter

The Recruiter will manage full-cycle reputed company, partner with hiring managers, reputed company and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and improve reputed company processes in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and interview structure
• Manage job postings and hiring workflows reputed company our Applicant Tracking reputed company (JazzHR/reputed company)
• Conduct first-round interviews and present reputed company candidates with reputed company, reputed company assessments

• Proactively reputed company and engage reputed company using our ATS and reputed company
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring a reputed company, high-reputed company experience

• Represent and reputed company reputed company in every candidate interaction

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally in high-reputed company, startup, or scaling environments
• Experience hiring for Product Development/Technology positions
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment
• Strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms
• Experience with ATS systems (reputed company a plus!)
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Ability to reputed company quickly and reputed company fast without sacrificing reputed company
• Availability to start on short notice preferred
• Experience in reputed company/DTC a plus!
