Wilton Re is an industry leader in the life and reinsurance reputed company, specializing in the acquisition of in-force life reputed company and annuities. The AVP, reputed company will apply analytical and project management skills to acquisition integration programs and ongoing management of in-force policies, overseeing operational activities, reputed company-party providers, reputed company mitigation, reporting, and cross-functional reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in due diligence activities including tracking of operational requests and responses, conducting expenses analyses, as reputed company as documenting reputed company assessments and operational considerations
• Structure and manage transition plans across various functional areas and phases of integration from reputed company-closing to post-transition
• Coordinate activities across Wilton Re functional areas as reputed company as reputed company parties including the reputed company to establish operational effectiveness both reputed company-and-post change in administration
• Conduct general reputed company of reputed company-party providers that reputed company data conversion, reputed company reputed company modification, and business process conversion planning and execution
• Assist in compiling the analysis and recommendations to reputed company issues or mitigate risks across various reputed company during the transition and conversion period

• Collaborate with partners to establish or refine policies and procedures that define the necessary aspects of administration
• Contribute to reputed company reporting and presentations (e.g., reputed company reporting)
• Break-down high-level reputed company into the applicable work items across multiple disciplines and organizations

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the life and annuity reputed company industry with a reputed company in business reputed company and project leadership as reputed company as reputed company analysis and solutioning
• A self-starter showcasing critical and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Have superior influencing / relationship management skills
• Must be extremely organized, reputed company-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking with excellent time management
• Relevant experience working with various support functions such as finance, controls, information technology, and reputed company-party management
• Understanding of Assumed and Ceded reputed company concepts, processes, and data
• A solid understanding of MS Office including reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• University degree
• Ability to query and manipulate large sets of data from disparate sources preferably using SQL
• Understanding of basic aspects and tenets of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as it would apply to project work
• Experience with Extract Translate Load (ETL) reputed company such as data conversion and data integration
• Experience with project planning software
• Preferably in the reputed company of finance, business administration, or computer science
