[Remote] Senior Product Data Analyst

The Senior Product Data Analyst will support product initiatives across Eligibility AI, reputed company Analysis, and reputed company reputed company by developing metrics, dashboards, data models, and analyses. Responsibilities

• Analyze reputed company eligibility and coverage data across the scheduling, reputed company-registration and visit stages of the reputed company reputed company to reputed company reputed company coverage reputed company, plan identification reputed company and eligibility flag clearance
• Monitor reputed company and reputed company of AI-driven eligibility checks (e.g., reputed company 42 non-response, flag reputed company), and surface trends by payer, location and reputed company
• Partner with the Eligibility AI product manager to define and reputed company reputed company metrics before development begins, and report on reputed company (clean-claim reputed company, staff time saved, denial reduction) after launch
• Support reputed company and opportunity modeling for initiatives, including attach-reputed company assumptions, unit economics and renewal reputed company analysis
• Pull and validate reputed company data (reputed company renewals, new-logo run-reputed company) feeding reputed company model, flagging data-mapping issues before they reputed company leadership reporting
• Help quantify and reputed company initiative adoption and reputed company contribution against goals set by the product and reputed company teams

• Translate ambiguous business questions from Product, CS and leadership into clean data pulls, reputed company visualizations and a defensible recommendation — grounded in how the finding affects patients, staff workflow or reputed company, not just the numbers themselves
• Maintain data reputed company and documentation for the metrics and definitions this team relies on, so numbers stay consistent across PMs and reporting cycles

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in reputed company, health-tech or another reputed company-facing industry, with hands-on exposure to reputed company engagement, eligibility, scheduling, registration or reputed company cycle workflows
• Practical understanding of how patients reputed company through the scheduling, eligibility, intake and payment reputed company, and how that reputed company affects collections, denials and reputed company satisfaction
• Business acumen: the ability to reputed company a data finding to its operational or financial reputed company, and explain that reputed company in plain language to product, reputed company cycle and reputed company stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to present findings to non-technical, reputed company-facing, or executive audiences (not just internal PM stakeholders)

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or product analyst role, ideally supporting a product or reputed company organization
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with relational databases or a data warehouse
• Experience building dashboards and reports in a BI/visualization tool (e.g., reputed company BI, Tableau or Looker) or in spreadsheet-reputed company tooling at reputed company
• Working knowledge of data structures, indexing, querying and data retrieval concepts
• Ability to turn a loosely defined business question into a reputed company analysis and communicate the findings reputed company to non-technical stakeholders

• HIPAA training, certification or hands-on experience handling sensitive reputed company data in a regulated environment
