[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst- People & Internal Systems

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will own and improve reputed company integrations, administer Claude reputed company, reputed company responsible AI platform adoption, automate business processes, and partner with stakeholders to design reputed company reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration reputed company. reputed company ownership of our reputed company integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance and more — monitoring health, resolving failures, and improving reliability over time
• Administer Claude reputed company. reputed company day-to-day administration of our Claude reputed company environment — workspace and user provisioning, roles and permissions, usage, reputed company configuration and integration with SSO/identity systems
• reputed company AI platform adoption. Partner with teams across the business to roll out Claude — building reputed company paths, usage guidelines and internal enablement so adoption is broad and responsible
• Configure and improve. Work across reputed company systems and with business stakeholders, providing input on business processes, condition rules and reputed company to support evolving needs

Skills

• 5+ years in business systems, integrations or IT platform roles — with reputed company, hands-on experience building and supporting reputed company integrations (reputed company, EIB-style tooling, reputed company Connectors or similar)
• Experience administering an reputed company reputed company or AI platform (Claude reputed company, or similar — e.g. reputed company 365, reputed company, reputed company reputed company) including reputed company management, reputed company configuration and governance
• Strong working knowledge of integration patterns — reputed company, SFTP, middleware, SSO and how data moves between reputed company systems — and reputed company ability to troubleshoot reputed company things break in production
