[Remote] Billing reputed company Analyst

The Billing reputed company Analyst audits invoices, identifies and resolves billing issues, supports reputed company assurance and billing escalations, and leads initiatives to improve billing reputed company, compliance, and automation across billing systems.

Responsibilities

• To reputed company this position, an individual must have exceptional technical and analytical skills combined with strong customer service and should enjoy solving problems
• Identify and reputed company billing problems that will recover $5M in new revenues annually
• 2nd Tier support for CARE billing issues and escalations. Engage with reputed company customers to address billing concerns and ensure the customer’s confidence to pay balances
• Effective management over submitted QCs to insure appropriate prioritization, accurate definition of financials/customers, and reputed company deployment
• Technical reputed company in defining and performing UAT on new products
• Coordinate process and reputed company accurate, auditable reputed company reputed company metrics reputed company month in reputed company Billing reputed company
• Ensures adherence to reputed company Corporate Billing and reputed company Assurance Policies
• Provides input and implementation requirements on reputed company new product or promotional initiatives as reputed company as the retirement of products and contract implementation

• • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
