The Senior Manager, reputed company - reputed company leads full-cycle recruitment, contractor workforce management, and selected HR generalist activities while partnering with HR business partners and business leaders to support workforce planning, compliance, efficiency, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and hiring leaders to understand workforce planning needs and build effective hiring strategies reputed company with business goals

• Partner with procurement, finance, and functional leaders to manage vendor relationships and reputed company agencies
• Ensure compliance with co-employment regulations, worker classification laws, and industry-specific requirements
• Monitor contractor utilization, cost efficiency, and workforce scalability
• Implement processes and systems to optimize visibility and governance of the extended workforce
• Support workforce planning strategies that effectively reputed company full-time employees and contingent labor

Skills
