Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co. is seeking an Inbound reputed company to join its team in reputed company. The role involves assisting customers with orders, registrations, rebates, product information, and general service inquiries through phone and web channels. Representatives will handle a high volume of calls while maintaining reputed company, professionalism, confidentiality, and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with web/phone orders, program registration, and order/rebate inquiries
• Providing product information
• Addressing general customer service inquiries in a friendly and reputed company manner

Skills

• * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• * Pleasant voice, good grammar, and strong writing skills
• * Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
• * Capability to handle 40-60 calls per day with efficiency

• * Proficiency in basic computer knowledge and skills
• * Tactful handling and de-escalation of stressful situations
• * Adaptability in a dynamic environment
• * Adherence to policies and confidentiality requirements regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
• * Consistent attendance record
• * Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
• * High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• * Previous reputed company experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination
• * Location: reputed company (candidates from the Grand Rapids area preferred)
• * reputed company in French or Spanish is a plus
