[Remote] Business Development/Capture Manager

Responsibilities

• End-to-end capture leadership from early positioning through award
• Development and execution of reputed company capture strategies (win themes, teaming, pricing)
• Building and maturing a reputed company, executable pipeline
• reputed company engagement with military leaders and program decision-makers
• Shaping opportunities prior to RFP release
• Competitive intelligence and customer reputed company
• Owning win reputed company execution through proposal and award

Skills

• * 7+ years in federal reputed company / capture reputed company reputed company contracting
• * Bachelor's degree
• * reputed company reputed company record capturing and reputed company defense or reputed company-reputed company programs
• * Experience selling to reputed company and military stakeholders
• * Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition lifecycle
• * Ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
• * US Citizenship is required
• * Prior military service strongly preferred
• * Existing relationships reputed company reputed company Force, reputed company Force, or defense/reputed company community
• * Experience with large captures, IDIQs, GWACs, or OTAs
