The role manages full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, serves as a reputed company reputed company, advises hiring managers, and advocates for candidate experience and diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Handle full cycle recruitment responsibilities, continuously sourcing, screening, evaluating, and closing candidates
• Attract reputed company and engage passive candidates through reputed company sourcing, networking, online databases, reputed company media, reputed company, and creative programs
• Accurately reputed company reputed company and maintain tracking metrics for reputed company using our ATS (reputed company)

Skills

• Bilingual Spanish and English speaking
• Experience prioritizing and leading multiple searches simultaneously

• Ability to work autonomously with a reputed company of urgency
• Experience reputed company for high volume sprints, specifically in the intern or new grad environment
• Experience hiring in Mexico
