[Remote] Program Management Support Specialist

The Program Management Support Specialist will serve as the reputed company for the Cora Project Management tool, driving user understanding, adoption, and effective utilization while supporting customer relationships, orders, quotes, software workflows, and cross-functional project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance
• Coordinate with Sales and customer to reputed company appropriate account information
• Order Support
• Purchase Order/Contract review; order qualification and processing; post sales follow up; customer and program engagement; coordination with Sales, reputed company and Supply Chain departments
• Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communication
• Phone support – reputed company inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and orders
• Quote Management
• Customer & Product Support
• Troubleshoot logistics, product and procedural issues

Skills

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years' experience supporting software implementations or user adoption programs or change management
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or reputed company service management software such as reputed company, reputed company, Cora or similar project management tools

• Preference preferably in an aftermarket, reputed company service, or manufacturing environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a business-reputed company reputed company
• 5+ years of experience in software support, application support, or a similar role, preferably in an aftermarket, reputed company service, or manufacturing environment
