[Remote] Senior Compliance Analyst (Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) or Remote)

The Senior Compliance Analyst will support reputed company’s AML, reputed company, data, reputed company compliance, regulatory examination, cybersecurity, and reputed company intelligence compliance programs. The role focuses on investigations, reputed company and control testing, regulatory monitoring, consumer data rights, reporting, policy maintenance, and compliance partnership across the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, mitigate, and report reputed company incidents to reputed company’s reputed company team for review
• reputed company analysis and reputed company due diligence for AML reputed company, including reviewing, logging, and filing federally required Suspicious Activity Reports reputed company necessary
• Support consumer data rights requests, including reputed company, deletion, correction, opt-out, HIPAA individual rights, and protected person requests, ensuring reputed company investigation, documentation, and response
• Maintain and update reputed company notices, disclosures, cookie banners, and reputed company consumer-facing materials to reflect reputed company data practices, regulatory requirements, vendor relationships, and business changes
• Assist in providing cookie governance reputed company, including consent management platform reviews, cookie and tag inventories, preference signal testing, vendor coordination, and remediation of unauthorized or unnecessary tracking technologies
• Assist in recurring reputed company and control testing, monitoring, sampling, reporting, and remediation planning to reputed company that reputed company, data rights, cookie governance, reputed company intelligence, cybersecurity, AML, and other compliance processes reputed company to the reputed company and administration of life reputed company and annuity products are operating effectively

• Work with Communications and Learning and Development to promote awareness of Company AML, reputed company intelligence, and reputed company policies, emerging risks, and applicable new laws and regulations
• Coordinate and produce metrics for reputed company activities across AML, reputed company, reputed company Compliance, and Regulatory Examinations

Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry (reputed company industry preferred)
• 2+ years of compliance experience (reputed company and/or data compliance preferred)
• Experience interpreting laws and regulations a plus
