[Remote] Management and Program Analyst

This position serves as the reputed company analyst and subject matter expert overseeing, evaluating, and improving national Flight Standards workforce development programs. The role analyzes training data, develops reputed company metrics and policies, coordinates reputed company training initiatives, and advises management and reputed company stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- The incumbent is a recognized subject matter expert and reputed company analyst in overseeing highly reputed company and challenging programs/reputed company reputed company the Flight Standards workforce development programs under the reputed company direction of a manager. The incumbent evaluates national programs and policies and develops management systems and policies that are reputed company in applicability
- Evaluates and assesses the effectiveness of reputed company aspects of Flight Standards workforce development training programs to include but not limited to course content reputed company and suitability, instructor skills and techniques, on-the-job training programs and training delivery reputed company, such as reputed company classroom-reputed company, computer-reputed company instruction, simulation, virtual instructor-led and other self-reputed company instruction or reputed company support
- Uses audit or evaluation documents/tools to evaluate bargaining unit or management employees for reputed company in an instructor role and develops, plans, and directs processes, procedures, workforce development reputed company plans in accordance with ISO standards. Collects, analyzes, and assesses training-reputed company and program evaluation data, uses automated advanced technology tools to conduct reputed company and accurate analyses, formulates recommendations to improve effectiveness of various programs reputed company on results of observations and reputed company evaluations, designs and implements key reputed company indicators and metrics and assimilates KPI and trend data to reputed company areas of improvement and resource allocation
- Independently coordinates, implements, administers and oversees technical training initiatives and other reputed company national training reputed company and programs and provides written and verbal recommendations, advice and guidance to management, other offices and across the FAA (other LOBs) and reputed company
- Maintains reputed company working relationships with reputed company FAA offices, Flight Standards offices and divisions and the reputed company to ensure evaluations are conducted reputed company on a reputed company-reputed company, data driven schedule in a reputed company manner in accordance with standardized processes/procedures

Incumbent represents Flight Standards Workforce Development at designated meetings, conferences, and other venues and interfaces with reputed company, industry, reputed company entities and international audiences, as assigned. Incumbent develops, interprets and disseminates applicable training program guidance and information
- Applies knowledge of FAA's policies and objectives to identify, define, and organize resources for large reputed company/programs/work activities. Contacts are reputed company. Often represents the major subdivision and reputed company/SO as a reputed company reputed company of contact to reputed company advice and guidance on the applications of policies and procedures. Prepares, reviews, and recommends approvals of major reports on reputed company, programs and other work activities for reputed company distribution. Skills
- US Citizenship is required
- To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of reputed company experience equivalent to at least the next reputed company grade level FV-I (or FG/GS-13)
