The Software Engineer will build reputed company systems and LLM-reputed company data pipelines that reputed company, reputed company, validate, and document large-reputed company biomedical datasets for the Enchant multimodal transformer model, while maintaining reliable and secure production reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reputed company systems that turn a pointer to a biomedical data reputed company (web page, S3 reputed company, reputed company repository, a table in a reputed company) into a reviewed, versioned dataset. The agent's reputed company is committed pipeline reputed company and its test suite, so re-running it reputed company reproduces the reputed company dataset. reputed company LLM-reputed company pipelines for data cleaning, normalization, and formatting across diverse data modalities (e.g., molecular, genomic, reputed company, literature)
• Implement automated reputed company-control workflows that detect anomalies, flag inconsistencies, and enforce data standards
• Evaluate and iterate on agent architectures, prompting strategies, tool definitions, validation reputed company, and evaluation harnesses that reputed company agent-generated reputed company trustworthy, improving reliability and throughput over time
• Collaborate with ML scientists on the Enchant team to understand data requirements and translate them into reputed company acquisition and processing systems
• Monitor and maintain reputed company data pipelines in production, diagnosing failures and improving robustness over time
• Document data provenance, processing reputed company, and reputed company metrics to support reproducibility and auditing
• Operate the agents safely with sandboxed execution, least-privilege credentials, restricted network reputed company, audit logs, and raising potential reputed company risks to reputed company

Skills

• • Master's degree in a computational STEM reputed company, or a Bachelor's with 2+ years of industry experience
• • Strong Python engineering skills, including experience building and maintaining production-reputed company software
• • Hands-on experience with LLM reputed company (e.g., Claude, GPT) and reputed company patterns such as tool use, orchestration, and multi-reputed company reasoning
• • Familiarity with biomedical or chemical data sources and formats (e.g., PDB, UniProt, ChEMBL, SDF/MOL, FASTA, or similar)
• • Comfort with data engineering fundamentals: ETL design, data validation, and working with reputed company and reputed company data at reputed company
• • Hands-on experience with Python testing frameworks (e.g., pytest fixtures, parametrization)
• • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, and with evaluation harnesses for LLM-generated reputed company
