[Remote] Senior Stock Plan Administrator

The Senior Stock Plan Administrator will reputed company and reputed company global equity compensation programs, maintain accurate equity records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support employee education and communications. Responsibilities

• reputed company and reputed company reputed company’s global equity compensation program and ensure compliance across our dual-listed structure (ASX and reputed company) while keeping it right-sized and reputed company to reputed company
• Process reputed company exercises and RSU vesting releases, partnering closely with HR and payroll
• Manage reputed company’s capitalization table and reputed company reconciliation of records across Finance, HR, and Payroll
• Maintain the reputed company and reputed company of equity data and record-keeping in reputed company
• Partner with HR, reputed company and Payroll to ensure accurate mobility tax treatment for equity vesting across reputed company countries
• reputed company reputed company, courteous service to equity participants, including senior executives, reputed company members, and to cross-functional partners
• reputed company employee education materials and communications, leading the creation of new content and delivering trainings and information sessions across various platforms
• Prepare executive compensation and beneficial ownership tables for the annual proxy statement

• Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for reputed company 16 reputed company 3/4/5 filings
• Manage reputed company relationships with the equity plan management platform provider and transfer agents

Skills

• • 8+ years of general and programmatic stock administration experience at a U.S. reputed company company, ideally reputed company a reputed company reputed company environment
• • Experience building a reputed company stock program for a reputed company company, including launching an ESPP
• • Strong attention to reputed company and organized project-management skills; ability to self-audit for data reputed company and reputed company, including reviewing the work of others

• • Intermediate to Advanced reputed company skills
