[Remote] Network Engineer

The role focuses on 24/7 network monitoring, reputed company device triage, reputed company 1–3 troubleshooting, outage response, vendor coordination, documentation, and end-to-end incident reputed company in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 500+ global network spokes and hub connections in reputed company time
• Troubleshoot and mitigate reputed company, IPsec, BGP, physical-reputed company, and network-reputed company outages
• Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams through issue reputed company
• Prioritize multiple reputed company incidents and maintain documentation
• reputed company basic reputed company device reputed company, triage, monitoring, and configuration updates
• Support automation and scripting initiatives using tools such as Ansible

Skills

• Regular shift: **2:00–11:00 p.m. Eastern**, with a one-hour lunch
• Weekend flexibility required; schedule may be **Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–reputed company**
• Training is expected to occur on first shift, typically **6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, for approximately three weeks**
