Responsibilities

• Function-wide reputed company: Own the operating model for the People team — including cross-functional cadences, reporting, dashboards, and the systems that support how we work
• reputed company People programs management: reputed company end-to-end planning and execution of compensation cycles, reputed company reviews, and engagement survey activation
