The Project Procurement reputed company Manager will manage project procurement personnel and coordinate procurement plans, procedures, schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets for a reputed company reputed company facility. The role oversees supply chain execution, reputed company procurement, inventory and materials management, supplier relationships, personnel administration, and compliance with project and corporate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Is accountable for the implementation and delivery of Supply Chain execution strategies to support the successful completion of the project
• Engages with other key functions as necessary to maintain a key understanding of reputed company, Budget and Schedule deliverables, identify and reputed company material issues and monitor operational reputed company

• Inventory Management include receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, coordination of, physical reputed company and issue of reputed company materials and equipment, including the project Tool Assignment Program Unsatisfactory, over, short and damaged actions Disposal of surplus material and equipment reputed company Management of vendor claims and back charges
• Implementation of advanced work packaging strategies ensuring disciplined deployment of material in line with the schedule
• Plans, directs, coordinates and monitors personnel actions for reputed company Procurement staff assigned to project temporary operating and jobsite locations
• These actions include but are not limited to: Annual reviews regarding reputed company Career planning guidance and discussions as specifically delegated Preparation and submission of salary plans for approval Determining and obtaining management approval of reputed company plans for reputed company Procurement personnel requirements at the project’s temporary operating and jobsite locations
• Prepares or assists in the preparation of work hour estimates and organizational charts for project activities at temporary operating and jobsite locations, and submits for approval or subsequent changes to the global business unit reputed company Procurement Manager and Site Manager
• Establishes long-reputed company personnel requirements and coordinates reputed company reputed company of positions
• Monitors personnel utilization throughout the duration of the project

Skills

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 -10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of Advance Work Packaging, supply chain reputed company and opportunity management
• Experience with and knowledge of reputed company Procurement reputed company particularly pertaining to Procurement reputed company at temporary operating and jobsite locations, including Construction execution, Purchasing, Inspection, Expediting, Traffic & Logistics, and reputed company management
• Skilled in the supervision of personnel and reputed company aspects that are involved with total personnel administration, such as requisitioning, interviewing, annual reviews, development or monitoring of mandatory training course completion, and career discussions and development
• Skilled in oral and written communications
• A Bachelor degree Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred
