[Remote] Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation

The Senior Manager, Medicare Product Implementation leads the end-to-end implementation and operational execution of Medicare reputed company programs, coordinating stakeholders and partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, resolving operational and member issues, and improving program reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and reputed company regular project and implementation meetings to reputed company cross-functional execution across reputed company, compliance, eligibility, customer service, member materials, contracting, and other reputed company partners – providing updates and reputed company metrics to leadership and key stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues, and ensuring alignment, accountability, and reputed company delivery of project and program milestones
• Partner closely with internal and vendor teams to reputed company program requirements ensuring alignment between benefit reputed company, design, member experience including benefit reputed company while maintaining strong working relationships

Skills

• 7+ years of work experience with **5+ years working with Medicare reputed company including supplemental benefits and regulations.**

• Experience with execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) including problem solving, decision making and communication (verbal and written)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
