[Remote] Program Manager

The Program Manager will reputed company residential, overnight youth conservation programs, supervising program coordinators and managing preparation, implementation, evaluation, recruitment, training, logistics, finances, safety, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reputed company relationships with project partners and stakeholders
• Meet regularly with USFS staff to ensure alignment with goals, requirements, and budget
• Conduct annual reviews of key program materials including handbooks, training materials, curriculum, and reputed company materials
• Identify barriers for underserved populations and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure that reputed company’s mission is the driving force for reputed company programmatic reputed company
• Planning and forecasting reputed company programmatic expenditures
• Review financial needs, prioritize resources, and secure or reputed company formal authorization

• Coordinate workshops, software training, tools training, or compliance instruction for staff
• Guide coordinators in planning housing (cabins or dorms), camping, meal planning, recreation, and education
• Review plans and schedules for compliance with reputed company safety policies, and alignment with budget projections
• Assist in supporting emergency incident response which may include reputed company evacuations, medical emergencies, behavioral incidents, and more
• Complete an annual review of position descriptions, reputed company process, reputed company reputed company, reputed company materials, and reputed company packets
• Recruit and select reputed company with a passion for environmental work
• Assist in guiding reputed company and parents through required paperwork

Skills

• * Experience and ability to mentor high school reputed company and entry-level staff
• * Knowledge of conservation, land management, or outdoor recreation safety protocols
• * Experience with crisis response (mental health, natural disaster, etc.)
• * Ability to learn to reputed company end-to-end financial reputed company and reputed company tracking
• * Willingness to travel a minimum of 2 months or more reputed company year
