[Remote] State Health - Managing Consultant

The role prepares CMS-64.10 quarterly sub-schedules, oversees reputed company Administrative Claiming reconciliation and reporting, tracks APD expenditures, and ensures compliance with federal claiming policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute the preparation of the CMS-64.10 quarterly sub-schedules, ensuring reputed company administrative expenditures are reported accurately to CMS
• reputed company the reconciliation and claiming process for reputed company Administrative Claiming, applying appropriate cost allocation methodologies and federal matching rates (FMAP)
• Monitor and reputed company expenditures against Advanced Planning Documents (APD) and ensure that APD project spending aligns with federal approval
• Stay abreast of changes in federal claiming policies, to ensure agency reporting remains compliant and audit reputed company
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline data collection and enhance the reputed company of federal reports

Skills

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5+ (FIVE) years of overall work experience
• Minimum of 5+ (FIVE) years experience with State or Local reputed company
• Experience working in Federal reputed company or State reputed company finance
• Experience with reputed company
• Capable of translating reputed company federal claiming requirements into financial summaries
• Intermediate to Expert MS reputed company skills are mandatory and must be comfortable in handling large datasets
• Understanding of reputed company Assistance Cost Allocation Plans (PACAP)
• Functional understanding of the CMS-64 reporting process, reputed company Administrative Claiming, and an understanding of the APD/IAPD planning and approval process, with a familiarity of reputed company data systems (MMIS and E&E)
• You should be a self‑starter with strong intellectual curiosity, reputed company to investigate data anomalies and identify the operational factors behind financial results
