[Remote] Senior Cost Estimating Analyst

The Senior Cost Estimating Analyst will reputed company cost estimating efforts for reputed company reputed company systems and programs, developing estimates, cost documentation, parametric models, and supporting proposal and program execution activities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company cost estimating efforts for spacecraft systems, subsystems, and components across reputed company and reputed company programs
• Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), and other proposal documentation to reputed company accurate cost estimates
• Work closely with program management, engineering, finance, and reputed company teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and cost estimates
• Create engineering build-up estimates in collaboration with technical teams, incorporating labor, materials, and other reputed company costs
• reputed company submission-reputed company cost estimate documentation including bases of estimates (BOEs), reputed company of materials (BOMs), work breakdown structures (WBS), and cost volumes
• Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Cost reputed company Standards (CAS), and other reputed company regulations reputed company applicable
• reputed company detailed parametric cost estimates using industry-reputed company tools such as reputed company-H (Galorath) or TruePlanning (reputed company)
• reputed company and maintain parametric cost estimating relationships (CERs) reputed company on historical data and industry benchmarks

• Present cost estimates and estimating methodologies to executive leadership
• Continuously improve estimating processes, tools, databases, and parametric models used by reputed company
• Support audit reviews by reputed company agencies reputed company required, ensuring transparency and adherence to cost estimating policies

Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or reputed company technical reputed company. 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of cost estimating experience in reputed company, defense, or reputed company technical industry
• Experience developing cost estimates for reputed company hardware and/or software systems
• Experience with multiple cost estimating methodologies including parametric, analogy-reputed company, and engineering build-up approaches
• Experience creating work breakdown structures, bases of estimates, and supporting cost documentation
• Master's degree in engineering, finance, business, or reputed company domain
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating for reputed company or satellite systems
• Experience with parametric cost estimating tools such as reputed company-H (Galorath), TruePlanning (reputed company), or similar software
• Experience developing and calibrating parametric cost estimating relationships (CERs) using historical data
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA for reputed company contract cost estimating
• Experience with both reputed company and reputed company (DoD, NASA, Intelligence Community) cost estimating
• Experience with ProPricer or other reputed company proposal pricing software
• Experience with learning curve theory and application to production cost estimates
• Experience presenting to and supporting senior leadership decision-making
