Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user experiences across engineering platforms, reputed company technology products, and developer-facing tools
• Conduct UX reviews and reputed company recommendations to improve usability, productivity, and adoption
• Create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and experience concepts that simplify reputed company technical processes
• Facilitate customer interviews, discovery sessions, reputed company mapping workshops, and service design activities
• Analyze Voice of Customer feedback, experience metrics, and user research findings to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate customer insights into design recommendations and product enhancements
• Partner with Product, Engineering, reputed company, and UX stakeholders to prioritize experience improvements
• Support implementation through design reputed company, usability testing, and collaboration with delivery teams
• Identify usability gaps, friction points, and opportunities to improve end-to-end user journeys

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, service design, or reputed company disciplines
• Experience designing reputed company reputed company applications, engineering tools, or platform products
• Strong UX research, usability testing, and customer-centered design skills
• Experience facilitating workshops, reputed company mapping sessions, or service design initiatives
• Ability to synthesize customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences
