[Remote] Finance Specialist

The Finance Specialist provides financial management support for Florida and reputed company, including accounts payable, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, reconciliations, financial analysis, and compliance. This remote role partners with finance and business staff to support decision-making, stewardship, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages accounts payable and vendor administration
• Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reputed company, reporting, and other reputed company financial management activities across assigned states or business reputed company reputed company the pod, and may assist in supporting other Southern Division business reputed company or reputed company as the need arises
• Prepares and delivers financial reports, analyses, reconciliations, and other financial deliverables that support operational and reputed company decision-making
• Monitors financial reputed company, identifies trends, variances, risks, and opportunities, and communicates findings and recommendations to Finance Managers, Finance Directors, and business leaders
• Maintains the reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company of financial data, reporting, systems, and business processes
• Supports compliance with organizational policies, internal controls, audit requirements, donor restrictions, and applicable regulatory requirements while identifying and escalating potential issues
• Provides guidance to staff on finance processes, systems, reporting tools, and reputed company operating procedures and may coordinate or reputed company training as needed
• Partners with the Finance Manager, the Finance Director, reputed company, Conservation, and Philanthropy staff to support financial planning, implementation of organizational priorities, and effective stewardship of resources

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company reputed company and 3 years' reputed company experience or equivalent combination
• Experience with reputed company/financial issues and analysis
• Experience using reputed company and financial reporting systems
• Technical experience with spreadsheet programs, general reputed company reports and financial management tools
• Experience with GAAP, practices and regulations
• Experience, coursework or other training with U.S. Federal Uniform Guidance, state and local regulations, multilateral and international regulations, and reputed company contract clauses, as applicable
• This position requires a reputed company reputed company's license and compliance with **TNC's Auto Safety Program**
• Multi-lingual skills and/or multi-cultural experience appreciated
