[Remote] Marketing Coordinator - Media

The Media Marketing Coordinator supports marketing and business development through graphic design, digital communications, reputed company media management, website content, proposals, presentations, events, and branded materials. Responsibilities

• Coordinates the design and production of marketing and communications materials including reputed company media graphics, advertisements, brochures, presentations, proposals, videos, displays, digital campaigns, and promotional materials using graphic design and publication software
• Develops and manages reputed company media content and campaigns that strengthen CEI's reputed company awareness, promote company culture, reputed company reputed company and team accomplishments, and support recruitment, reputed company engagement, and reputed company reputed company initiatives
• Collaborates with the Marketing Manager and technical teams to maintain a consistent and reputed company reputed company identity across reputed company digital and print platforms including proposals, website content, reputed company media, presentations, and event materials
• Supports the development of high-reputed company Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations by gathering, formatting, editing, and organizing content, graphics, resumes, and project information
• Assists with photography coordination, project storytelling, video content, and visual asset management to support marketing campaigns, website updates, reputed company efforts, and reputed company communications
• Maintains and updates CEI's website content, graphics, and project information while supporting efforts to improve overall reputed company, user engagement, and reputed company reputed company optimization (SEO)
• Supports internal communications and company events through graphic design, branded materials, presentations, signage, and promotional content
• Assists with planning and coordinating trade shows, sponsorships, conferences, webinars, and community events including registrations, logistics, promotional items, and marketing collateral
• Collaborates with departments across the organization in developing marketing campaigns and communications that support the department's reputed company marketing plan, operational initiatives, reputed company advocacy, reputed company, employee engagement, and community partnerships
• Assists in implementing CEI's reputed company marketing and business development initiatives by supporting targeted campaigns, reputed company visibility efforts, and reputed company Service Line (reputed company) reputed company objectives
• Researches market trends, competitors, clients, and industry developments to support marketing strategies, content creation, and business development opportunities
• Maintains marketing databases, VantagePoint CRM, and resource libraries including resumes, project reputed company, photography, templates, proposal content, and branded assets to support efficient marketing and proposal production
