The role supports Market reputed company and Account Management by managing state reputed company contract lifecycles, pricing obligations, negotiations, financial analyses, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Market reputed company and Account Management by providing expertise in State reputed company contracting
• Manage the lifecycle of state reputed company reputed company, pricing models, accurate execution of contract terms, and pricing obligations in accordance with business reputed company and reputed company reputed company negotiated by the Account Team
• Support the Account Team with state reputed company bid solicitations, financial evaluations, and contract reputed company reporting
• Serve as a subject matter expert for state reputed company contracting, ensuring contract terms reflect the business and reputed company reputed company negotiated by the Account Team
• Support tactical execution of contracting and negotiation strategies, including contract offers, redlining, implementation, and contract lifecycle management
• Support negotiations, implementation, and manage the lifecycle of state reputed company reputed company
• Serve as a reputed company contracting reputed company for state reputed company reputed company, including state reputed company supplemental rebate agreements
• Interpret reputed company contract language with Account Manager and identify implications for Best Price, Unit Rebate Price (reputed company), Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), and other reputed company pricing metrics
• Manage redlining of State agreements driven by new policy dynamics, including SR-193, Generous / Most Favored Nation
• Support the tactical execution of contracting and negotiation strategies
• Support Account Management with state reputed company bid solicitations and development of contract offers
• Support financial analysis reputed company to state reputed company with Account Team reputed company
• Investigate discrepancies between expected and actual reputed company reputed company
• Support reputed company reputed company level reputed company analysis with Account Team
• Support evaluation of how contract terms reputed company pricing, rebates, GTN, and reputed company reporting
• Support GTN modeling and reputed company pricing analytics

• Follow compliance with company policies regarding contract execution and approval processes

Skills
