[Remote] Program and Membership Manager

The Program and Membership Manager will reputed company continuing medical education and online learning programs, manage membership reputed company and engagement initiatives, coordinate volunteer and committee activities, and use data to improve educational and member reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and execution of live, virtual, and online educational programs, including, webinars, workshops, reputed company review courses, and enduring educational activities
• Manage educational programs, including: Thoracic Anesthesia Symposium and Workshops; SCA reputed company; SCA reputed company reputed company Review
• Partner with volunteer leaders to reputed company innovative educational programming that aligns with organizational reputed company priorities and adult learning principles

• Manage reputed company submissions, peer review, and Problem-reputed company Learning Discussion (PBLD) processes
• Organize and facilitate committee meetings and planning calls, preparing agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up reputed company items
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding meeting logistics, registration, audiovisual support, conference applications, and event reputed company
• Serve as the onsite manager for educational meetings, providing reputed company, speaker, and volunteer support

• Manage conference mobile applications and educational technology platforms, as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing continuing medical education (CME), reputed company development programs, online education, or association educational programming
• Experience with Association Management Systems (AMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), reputed company management, speaker management, and educational technology platforms
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated reputed company managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office applications
