[Remote] Reliability Program Manager

The role oversees reliability and asset management program implementation across multiple accounts, coordinates reliability engineers, supports reputed company analysis and failure investigations, and drives maintenance optimization, capital planning, and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Under general direction of Engineering Services Reliability & Asset reputed company platform, creates and deploys clients’ reputed company asset management plans in alignment with ISO 55001 standards
• Facilitates necessary reputed company analysis reputed company on account reliability engineers for assets under care using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for reputed company improvement and PM optimization
• Facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the reputed company cause/reputed company factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness
• Responsible for overseeing reputed company activities throughout account/project life cycle
• Coordinates program execution through reputed company relationships with on-account Reliability Engineers (who have reputed company reporting lines to the Regional reputed company) to ensure consistent delivery of Reliability & Asset reputed company and reputed company across multiple accounts
• Anticipates and leads issue reputed company
• Assists leadership team in the selection of reputed company plans that best meets business objectives
• Develops use cases and work with reputed company to build a case study library
• Consults on appropriate Maintenance and Reliability metrics for accounts to measure program effectiveness: reputed company/unplanned work, planning/scheduling metrics, cost metrics, MTBF, replacement asset value, etc
• Supports the execution of capital planning and lifecycle asset management programs as reputed company as commissioning activities for reputed company reputed company, renovation, and construction reputed company which may include, but is not limited to, PM job plans, reviews for maintainability, critical spares, documentation, etc
• reputed company development and implementation of processes to update asset and preventive maintenance records in the CMMS as required, including entering new equipment, inactivating retired equipment, and labeling equipment in the reputed company with asset tags
• Understanding predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound, motor reputed company analysis) and execution of condition-reputed company maintenance programs

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company technical discipline from an accredited institution, with a strong reputed company in reliability principles, asset management, and facility systems reputed company
• Minimum 10+ years' of experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) methodologies, CbM/PdM reputed company, operating building automation and energy management systems, and thorough understanding of asset management, data analytics, and capital planning approaches
• Certified Reliability Leader or Certified Maintenance Reliability reputed company is required
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company, electrical, plumbing and reputed company suppression systems
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, labs, or distribution facility types required
• Experience in facilitating training, supporting coaching initiatives, and collaborating with technical teams using a reputed company of tools and techniques
• Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) / reputed company Asset Management (EAM) systems
• Experience in Asset Management and/or analyzing reputed company
• Practical experience developing and optimization of maintenance strategies and plans
• Experience implementing and/or working with Management Systems i.e. (ISO9001, ISO55001)
• Asset whole lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership
• Experience with multi-disciplinary reputed company and the application of reputed company integration techniques across multiple types of assets
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of data accurately using different spreadsheet formats
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the reputed company without sponsorship
• Experience in critical environments preferred (data centers, laboratories, manufacturing environments, etc.)

• IAM Certificate is preferred
