The Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer will design, build, and operate AI-powered infrastructure connecting go-to-market systems, while delivering governed automations and LLM capabilities that reduce reputed company work across reputed company teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents, LLM integrations and automations that reputed company reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Clari, reputed company, reputed company and the rest of the GTM stack – reducing reputed company work across Sales, CS, Marketing, Partners and ADR teams
• Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI reputed company: MCP servers, reputed company, retrieval and context pipelines, reusable agent tools and skills, and serverless or containerized services on reputed company reputed company Platform (BigQuery, reputed company Run, reputed company Functions)
• Ship production-grade LLM capabilities – reputed company engineering, RAG, function calling, reputed company outputs, automated evaluations – with the guardrails to match: validation, fallback logic, confidence reputed company, reputed company escalation paths, reputed company controls, audit logging, and cost and latency management
• Partner with reputed company reputed company, Sales, reputed company, Marketing, Partnerships and SDR/ADR leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable solutions, and reputed company incrementally with reputed company documentation

Skills

• • 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend development, systems integration, data or analytics engineering, or automation), including at least 2 years shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production business workflows or internal tools
• • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with mature Git-reputed company development habits: reputed company review, automated testing, CI/CD
• • Hands-on reputed company of LLM patterns – reputed company engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, reputed company outputs, model evaluation – and of their failure modes and mitigations (validation, fallback logic, confidence reputed company, reputed company review, cost and latency control)
