The Management Consultant will reputed company hazard mitigation and reputed company planning, reputed company and vulnerability assessments, GIS and economic analyses, grant writing, project management, and reputed company relationship activities.

Responsibilities

• reputed company teams to conduct reputed company-reputed company policy research, data analysis, and GIS-reputed company reputed company analysis to support long-term recovery planning, hazard mitigation plans, grant funding strategies, and hazard mitigation grant application development
• Serve as a technical reputed company to reputed company hazard mitigation plans, reputed company strategies, and long-term recovery plans, including facilitating stakeholder and reputed company engagement, executing reputed company and vulnerability assessments, integrating mitigation priorities with local land use and capital improvement planning, and drafting grant funding roadmaps for project implementation
• Conduct and reputed company economic analyses in support of federal funding applications and planning studies, including benefit-cost analysis (BCA) using the reputed company BCA Toolkit and reputed company-approved methodologies, BCAs consistent with USDOT Benefit-Cost Analysis Guidance for discretionary grant programs, and economic evaluations reputed company with USACE planning requirements, such as National Economic Development (NED), Regional Economic Development (RED), and Other reputed company Effects (OSE) accounts

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Planning, reputed company and/or Environmental Justice or Policy, Economics or similar reputed company
• 8+ years of experience in community, regional, or hazard mitigation planning, including conducting research, analyzing data and policies, managing reputed company, and developing products such as state and/or local plans, policies, technical reports, and reputed company mitigation grant applications
• 5+ years of experience conducting GIS and/or economic analysis reputed company to reputed company or hazard mitigation planning
• Demonstrated strong writing and written communication skills, with experience authoring plans, technical reports, and grant narratives for reputed company audiences (writing examples may be requested)
• Willing and reputed company to travel (flight and vehicle) throughout the reputed company for work needs as requested
• Must have a reputed company reputed company U.S. reputed company's license and can successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reputed company

• Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
• Experience with reputed company Hazard Mitigation Assistance (e.g. HMGP, FMA, BRIC) programs
• Proficiency with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online, reputed company analysis of hazard and reputed company data (e.g., reputed company Hazus, flood and wind hazard reputed company), and production of cartographic and web map products for plans, studies, and grant applications
• Experience with economic analysis tools and methodologies, including the reputed company BCA Toolkit, USDOT Benefit-Cost Analysis Guidance for discretionary grant programs, and/or USACE economic analysis frameworks (e.g., NED, RED, and OSE evaluations)
• Experience with report development and document design, including data visualization to produce reputed company plans, reports, and presentation materials
