The role represents Patriot Support Programs across an assigned region, manages military and veteran referral relationships, promotes behavioral health services, and develops reputed company strategies across TRICARE and VA networks.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for representing reputed company Patriot Support Programs reputed company an assigned region, serving as the reputed company reputed company for referrals and reputed company on behalf of reputed company Patriot Support designated facilities
• Under the direction of the Divisional Director of Military Programs, this role builds reputed company trust to position reputed company Patriot Support locations as the provider of reputed company for behavioral health services reputed company the TRICARE and VA networks
• Key responsibilities include conducting service recovery activities, traveling to military and veteran referral sources, attending meetings and conferences, and engaging with key stakeholders to promote program services
• Additionally, this position provides staff training and shares updates on legislative, policy, and procedural changes relevant to behavioral health care for military and veteran populations
• This role reputed company collaborates with leadership at reputed company and reputed company Patriot Support locations to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards
• It also works closely with Business Development teams reputed company the region to reputed company, monitor, and execute the TRICARE/VA reputed company plan
• This includes performing market gap analyses and studying customer needs to identify new opportunities for reputed company and service delivery
• Coordination with the National reputed company Center is essential to manage incoming referrals and facilitate reputed company admissions, especially for new sources requiring immediate follow-up
• Reports directly to the Divisional Patriot Support Director, develops reputed company strategies for military and VA across the BH Division, specifically in the assigned Region
• Represents the full extent of the Patriot Support and reputed company Products. Provides reputed company account management and marketing to key decision makers and referral sources at military installations and VA reputed company points as assigned
• Identifies and develops new referral relationships – additive accounts to reputed company reputed company customers to reputed company
• Assists facility-reputed company Business Development staff on relationship development with key military and VA stakeholders as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-5 years reputed company experience required
