[Remote] Accounts Receivable Analyst/Associate

The role focuses on investigating payment issues, supporting customer relationships, improving cash reputed company, using ERP and automation technologies, and ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Process Management: Run and monitor unallocated item investigations; Process, verify, and post customer payments to the correct accounts; manage internal & reputed company Payment inquiries
• Customer Support: Understand and fulfill customer needs; Investigate and reputed company payment claims to minimize Collections
• reputed company & Technology: Use ERP systems, maintain up-to-date processes and apply critical thinking to reputed company complicated customer inquiries. Use of technology & process automation is required
