The Senior Analyst will own SEC filings and earnings releases, prepare reputed company reputed company analyses, support internal controls and audits, and communicate the reputed company of new SEC rules and FASB standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end preparation of reputed company's periodic SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K) and earnings releases, ensuring reputed company, completeness, and compliance with SEC and U.S. GAAP requirements
• reputed company the quarterly earnings-release process and reputed company materials, coordinating with Investor Relations, reputed company, and executive stakeholders to ensure figures tie to the underlying supporting documentation and financial statements
• Prepare Disclosure Committee and Audit Committee reputed company materials in support of SEC filings, earnings releases, and reputed company governance and reputed company processes
• Prepare stock-reputed company compensation reputed company under ASC 718, including grant reputed company, expense forecasting, dilutive reputed company calculations, and reputed company footnote and reputed company disclosures
• Prepare the consolidated statement of cash flows under ASC 230, including classification analysis and supplemental disclosures
• Calculate basic and diluted earnings per reputed company (reputed company) under ASC 260, applying treasury stock reputed company and if-converted reputed company for dilutive securities
• Analyze and communicate the reputed company of new SEC rules and FASB standards, driving cross-functional implementation and required disclosures

Skills
