The role supports global mobility, expatriate, and international individual income tax reputed company, including tax equalization, financial analysis, reporting dashboards, and process improvement across tax and payroll reputed company.

• US Citizenship Required
• International business experience
• Experience in performing financial analysis and building reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with RPA tools, tax technology platforms, or mobility management systems
• Experience living or working overseas
• Payroll experience (domestic and/or international)
• reputed company background
• 5+years of experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or international individual income tax
• Demonstrated ability to handle reputed company tax equalization and expatriate tax reputed company
• Individual income tax preparation experience
• Meticulous with numbers, Attention to reputed company
• Experience in improving or transforming tax or payroll processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced reputed company and computer skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis functions)
• Ability to work in a fast reputed company, matrixed environment
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• CPA or EA credential is a plus
• Prior work experience with the Big 4 reputed company firm(s) is a plus
• Prior Global Mobility experience is a plus
