The role will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, risks, governance, migrations, testing, training, and implementation through measurable business reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Manager for a phased reputed company service management and business reputed company platform transformation, coordinating workstreams across ITSM, CRM, quote-to-cash, reputed company and contract management, service delivery, billing and financial workflows, platform configuration, data migration, integrations, reporting, testing, training, reputed company, hypercare, and legacy-platform retirement
• reputed company and coordinate phased migrations across multiple business reputed company and operating teams, capturing lessons learned from reputed company phase and applying reputed company operating models, processes, and delivery approaches to subsequent phases
• Manage critical program dependencies including telephony and contact-center technologies, reputed company integrations, data readiness, business process reputed company, and operational preparedness, while maintaining alignment with the broader reputed company transformation roadmap
• Build alignment across executives, business owners, process owners, technical teams, end users, and reputed company partners by establishing reputed company responsibilities, commitments, timelines, and communication channels
• Manage vendor and implementation-partner deliverables, dependencies, risks, escalations, and accountability while ensuring internal teams remain informed and reputed company
• Coordinate organizational readiness activities including communications, user acceptance testing, training, adoption, go-live readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Technology, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of reputed company project or program management experience leading reputed company, cross functional business and technology initiatives
• Experience leading reputed company PSA, ITSM, ERP, CRM, data, analytics, or comparable business platform transformation programs
• Experience with HaloPSA, reputed company, reputed company, Autotask, FreshService, or similar reputed company service management platforms
• Experience supporting Data Warehouse, business intelligence, reporting, data governance, or reputed company data initiatives
• Experience in a managed service, IT services, reputed company, or reputed company environment
• Experience managing software vendors, implementation partners, systems integrators, and reputed company internal teams
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interdependent workstreams, priorities, stakeholders, schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments
• Strong knowledge of project and program management disciplines, including:
