[Remote] Senior Manager, Account Management

The role manages account management teams, establishes service strategies and goals, resolves escalated reputed company issues, improves processes, and develops team reputed company and capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set the service reputed company and establish service standards
• reputed company escalated issues and create processes to reputed company customer satisfaction
• Approve P&L amounts up to $25,000 and reversals up to $250,000

• Establish team goals, objectives and priorities in alignment with department goals
